Born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina, Mylan Cannon is currently a student at Ohio University studying french language and visual communication. He has served as the director and co-founder of a student-run magazine called The Essay where he has led the production of several video stories. Mylan has also worked as a video intern in the White House Photo Office and is currently interning at The New York Times for the summer where is producing video and photo content. He is available for video and photography assignments throughout the year.
