American Apparel’s New CEO- by Kendrick Brinson

American Apparel CEO

L.A.-based photographer Kendrick Brinson photographed American Apparel’s new CEO Paula Schneider for The New York Times.

I had the utmost pleasure photographing American Apparel’s new CEO Paula Schneider at the American Apparel HQ in Los Angeles for The New York Times. Read the article HERE.

We shot on the roof, in the sewing room of the factory, in her office, a conference room, and a waiting room and it’s rare shoots like this where I’m so happy and completely spoiled by my photo subject. She is clearly a very busy woman and was so easygoing and easy to photograph and she gave me a lot of time.

I also photographed the store at the headquarters and then another in Echo Park, where I luckily stumbled upon the visuals crew changing up the window display.
