Detroit, MI-based photographer Bryan Mitchell shares photos from an eccentric wedding in Detroit.

I had the pleasure of photographing Sara and Jonathan on their wedding day at the Scarab Club and The Inn On Ferry Street in downtown Detroit over the weekend. Jonathan is a musician and plays in a band with his brother, whose wedding I photographed HERE at the Blue Dress Barn. Sara is a writer, poet and very creative person with a style all her own. Everything about the day had Sara’s touch on it and it was wonderful. These two photograph wonderful together and with an amazing location it makes for some amazing images. Location is a big deal and it will show in your weddings photographs so make sure the place is right for you. The Scarab Club was perfect for Sara and Jonathan. What a wonderful day!
