Detroit-based sports photographer Tim Fuller shot his first golf tournament of the year, the Oakland Community College Invitational, at the Pontiac Country Club in Michigan.

The winter that we had, or lack there of, was very mild compared to most winters here in Michigan. When we had record breaking temps back in March I was able to get my first round of golf under my belt for the year. Today, I was able to photograph my first golf tournament of the year, which was the Oakland Community College Invitational. Being the athletic photographer at Oakland CC I have photographed this tournament the previous two years and those two years consisted of golf, rain, snow, and some more rain. Not the most enjoyable weather. However, today was awesome! Sun, more sun, and even more sun made for a really enjoyable time and some nice light.
