Utah-based freelancer Davis Archibald recently shot a high school rodeo as part of his longer term project documenting rodeos and rodeo life.
As part of my long-term project of documenting rodeos in Utah, I attended a high school rodeo in Logan on Friday. I was really excited about this one for a few reasons. First, it was the first rodeo of the year. Second, because I had never covered high school rodeo and was hoping that the access would be better than most, which it was. Third, the weather finally started cooperating and the light was fantastic. All in all I had a great time and really felt good about the whole event. Below is a slideshow of some of the images I liked. Enjoy!
